Not all bodies are created the same, just like not all bodies have experienced the same injuries, traumas, etc. We incorporate all our skills into every session, if it calls for it. Healing isn’t linear, so neither is our massage.

Injury Rehabilitation
Focusing on improving flexibility, ROM (range of motion) & prompting a faster recovery rate when dealing with muscles or joints that suffer from severe restrictions due to repetition, accidents, work, or sports injuries.
Lymphatic Drainage
This is perfect for the aftercare of medical treatments and surgical procedures. By gently manipulating lymph nodes we help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels, which in turn reduces swelling, inflammation, and lymphedema.
Neuromuscular (NMT) Therapy
Consists of soft tissue manipulation techniques that help alleviate chronic muscle & nervous system dysfunction relating to circulation, nerve compression, postural problems, and repetitive movement injuries.
Prenatal/Postnatal
Consists of long strokes with custom pressure to help elongate muscles, help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and post-labor recovery.
Reflexology
By using gentle pressure and stimulating specific points along your hands and/or feet to help you feel better by reducing stress, and pain & improving mood as well as overall well-being.
Shiatsu
Involves accupressure, consisting of applying direct pressure on various points or channels in the body to unblock congested areas in the body.
Swedish
Better suited for promoting relaxation, sleep, and tension relief. It consists of long fluid strokes, gentle kneading of muscles & rhythmic tapotement.
Thai
Uses a mixture of deep tissue pressure, muscle and joint stretching, and gentle adjustments of the body into yoga-like poses
Triggerpoint Therapy
We isolate the spasms or knots in the muscle fiber that cause pain and refer pain to other, more distant body parts. Then the client is guided through breathwork while we apply focused pressure onto the knot, until the knot releases or decreases in size.

Aromatherapy
- Aromatherapy- Scents are inhaled, which then travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain, which could promote calmness, relaxation, sinus-clearing, help reduce headaches, etc.
- Aroma Scalp Massage-uses essential oils for therapeutic benefit in combination with a scalp massage that stimulates & soothes nerve receptors and hair follicles in the scalp to promote relaxation.
Cupping
- Abdominal Cupping-gentle gliding suction provides stimulation of the digestive organs
- Body Cupping-increases blood flow along the entirety of the muscle & surrounding muscles that are being worked for maximum benefit & recovery
- Facial Cupping-Promotes circulation, which may help minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, decrease puffiness, and more
Guasha
- Body Guasha- The scraping of the skin’s surface using a flat edged smoothing tool to break up any stagnant energy and promote circulation, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain.
- Facial Guasha- A light scraping motion helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote lymphatic drainage, potentially leading to benefits like reduced puffiness, improved complexion, and a more youthful appearance.
Stones
- Basalt -(Used on Body: Temp: Hot)- helps to dilate blood vessels, thereby improving blood flow and promoting overall circulation. They also promote relaxation and reduce stress & anxiety as heat penetrates the deeper muscle layers.
- Moon stones -(Used on Face: Temp Cold)-Helps with vascular headaches, and sinus headaches, and relieve eye puffiness by targeting areas on your body where you experience inflammation.
- Himalayan Salt-(Used on Body: Temp: Hot)-Exfoliate and nourish the skin gently, leaving you soft and smooth. The heat reduces inflammation and relieves pain.
Oil Treatments
- Cannabidiol (CBD) Therapy- Promoting relaxation, mood & pain relief. CBD oil helps to reduce inflammation, chronic pain, soothe joints, and muscles.
- Rosemary Hair Oil- A slow process oil infusion of Rosemary & Bay, that is gently massaged into hair and scalp to help stimulate follicle hair growth and improve dry scalp or damaged hair.

This technique uses gentle touch to feel energetic rhythmic movements of the cranium, vertebrae, and sacrum to adjust, decompress & release the cerebrospinal fluid trapped in the immovable joints to achieve a therapeutic result.
